The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, and shortened links may be disabled if they violate these terms or applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkShort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account found violating these terms.
